Wyoming
drivers must carry the following minimum amounts of coverage to abide by state law:
  • $25,000 in bodily injury liability per person (for the injury or death of one person)
  • $50,000 in bodily injury liability per accident (for the injury or death of more than one person)
  • $20,000 in property damage liability per accident
Note: liability insurance protects other cars and drivers if you’re at-fault in an accident. It does not cover damages to your vehicle.
