We surveyed over 18,000 policyholders from all 50 states, asking them about their experience with their insurance company’s customer service, renewal process, claims handling, and more. Our experts analyzed more than 300 real customer reviews from Travelers customers. They found that of those reviews, 90.5% of respondents had positive things to say about the carrier, while just 2.1% were negative and the remainder were neutral.
