The CT6 PHEV trim level pairs the base CT6’s turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with two electric motors housed in the transmission. An 18.4-kWh lithium-ion battery pack provides an EPA-rated 31 miles of electric-only range.
Altogether, the Cadillac’s drivetrain puts out 335 horsepower and 432 lb-ft of torque, allowing for a speedy 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of 5.2 seconds.
The battery system can be charged using a standard 120V or 240V rapid charger and will charge in approximately 4.5 hours using the higher voltage. The vehicle is rated by the EPA for a combined driving range of 440 miles and a combined city/highway fuel economy rating of 62 MPGe.
