Why is my Chevrolet app not working?

I love the myChevrolet app for my Chevy, but lately, it’s been giving me some trouble. Certain functions have stopped working and I’m even having trouble logging in. Do you know my Chevrolet app is not working?

Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for your

 app to stop working. Many drivers have reported experiencing this issue, and the reasons why it happens are not always clear.
Luckily, troubleshooting the problem is quite easy:
  • Make sure the app is supported—using an outdated device could prohibit you from using the app entirely.
  • Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the app
  • Uninstall the app, then reinstall it—many users reported that this helped their issues
  • Clear any data connected to the app—go to settings, clear the data, then relaunch the app
  • Log out of the app, then switch off your device. After a few minutes, restart your device.
