What are the truck bed dimensions of a Chevy Silverado?

I’m in the market for a new truck. Cargo space is one of the biggest factors for my decision. So, what are the truck bed dimensions of a Chevy Silverado?

Good luck on your search for a new truck! The standard Chevy Silverado’s trunk bed has a total cargo volume of 71.70 cubic feet, but you have three options:
  • Short bed: 69.92 inches in length, 71.40 inches in width, and 22.40 inches in height for a cargo volume of 62.90 cubic feet
  • Standard bed: 79.44 inches in length, 71.40 inches in width, and 22.40 inches in height for a cargo volume of 71.70 cubic feet
  • Long bed: 98.18 inches in length, 71.40 inches in width, and 22.40 inches in height for a cargo volume of 89.10 cubic feet
As you can see, the only change is the length of the trunk bed—the width and the depth remain constant across the different options.
