I live in Georgia for eight months out of the year, but I move to Florida during the winter to avoid the weather. I just bought a new car and it’s the first time I’ve had to register a car when living in two states. What should I do?

Is it possible to get a loan on a salvage title car? I don’t have a lot of disposable income, but I’m good with cars and I figured I could fix one up.

Someone told me that car insurance rates increase when you submit claims; are comprehensive claims included in that? A hail storm dented my car and I'd like to get the dents repaired through my comprehensive coverage.
