Where should I look for the vehicle identification number on a BMW? I'm trying to get new insurance and I need my VIN, but I don't know where to find it.

Luckily, there are several ways to find your VIN!
Here are the most common places you’ll find your VIN or Vehicle Identification Number:
- Inside the driver’s front door of your car
- Near the base of the windshield
- On the vehicle registration
- On your insurance documents
- In your provider’s website with your policy information
Once you’ve collected your information, buying new insurance should be easy! Remember, compare quotes from at least three insurance companies before settling for a provider.
