Why is my Ford Focus Bluetooth not working?
I’ve been really annoyed at my Ford Focus lately! I used to always have my phone connected for hands-free calls, but the Bluetooth stopped working. What should I do?

Ford Focus
Bluetooth is not working. Besides a fresh battery, the most likely cause is that the connection between your phone and the SYNC system has failed.Here are four fixes you can try to get your Focus’s Bluetooth back on track:
Reset the Bluetooth
- Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and turn Bluetooth off and back on again
- On the SYNC screen, open the Bluetooth menu and slide the Bluetooth switch off then on
- Tap “Phone” on the SYNC screen
- Press “Settings” and select “Bluetooth devices”
- Choose your phone from the list and tap “Connect”
- On your phone’s Bluetooth list, select “SYNC” and follow any further prompts
Soft Reset on your phone
- Turn off your phone and remove the battery (if possible)
- Replace the battery and turn the phone back on
- See if your phone automatically connects to SYNC
Delete the Bluetooth connection
- Go to the SYNC system menu and find the “Phone” list
- Delete your phone from the system
- Delete “SYNC” from the Bluetooth list on your phone
- Try pairing your phone
