How do you delete a Bluetooth device from an Infiniti Q50?

I just bought an Infiniti Q50, and I got a really great deal on it because it used to be a rental car. That means that the Bluetooth is full of random devices, though, so it won’t connect with my phone. How do I delete paired devices from the Infiniti Q50 Bluetooth?

Using your car’s Bluetooth to stay hands-free is a great way to stay safe on the road—but that won’t get you very far if it won’t pair to your phone! Thankfully, the process is pretty simple. To delete a Bluetooth device from an
Infiniti Q50
, just follow these steps:
  • Navigate to the SETTINGS menu on your InTouch screen, then tap PHONE/MAIL.
  • From the menu, select “Connect Device.” This will take you to the list of devices already paired to your Q50.
  • Tap the device you want to remove, and you’ll see a pop-up window. Select “delete.”
That’s it! While this procedure should work on most Q50 models, it may differ by year model. if this method doesn’t work out, you can consult your owner’s manual to see the steps for your specific model or head to your local Infiniti dealer to get some help.
