Where is the GMC Terrain battery located?
My GMC Terrain is due for a new battery, and I’d like to replace it myself. I’m just having one issue—I can’t seem to find the battery location! Any idea where the GMC Terrain battery is located?

The GMC Terrain battery location is underneath the hood, underneath the ECM on the driver’s side. The ECM in a Terrain looks like a large black box. You’ll need a socket wrench to remove the bolt keeping the battery in place under the ECM.
