Well, that’s mildly annoying…but luckily, it’s an easy fix! This may differ slightly depending on which make and model you drive, but in general, here’s how to delete a Bluetooth device from a Volkswagen:
- Open your infotainment menu and go to the “Phone” (or “Bluetooth”) menu.
- Select “Users.” This will display all the devices that have been paired with your VW.
- Pick which device you want to delete, then press “OK” on the screen or your steering wheel, depending on your vehicle.
- If you’re prompted again, select “Delete” and “OK.”
