- Online: You’ll need to provide your name, driver’s license number, date of birth, and social security number.
- By mail: You’ll need to provide your personal information, as well as a letter of request and a stamped envelope.
- Over the phone: You’ll need the above information and to call 857) 368-8000.
- In person: Bring your driver’s license and a form of payment.
The cost of getting a true and attested copy of your driving record is $20 in the state of Massachusetts.
