How do I cancel my Allstate car insurance online?
Unfortunately, my Allstate policy isn't covering what I need anymore, and so I'm looking to switch to a new provider. My job keeps me working long hours, though, and I don't have the time to sit on the phone to try and cancel my policy. Is there any way I can cancel my Allstate policy online?

Unfortunately, you can’t
cancel your Allstate policy
online. You can either call your local Allstate agent or cancel when you switch to a new car insurance policy with Jerry
.In order to cancel your policy, your insurance agent may request:
- Your Allstate policy number
- The effective date of your new policy
- The name of your new insurance company
- The policy number of your new insurance company
- A signed cancellation letter
