How do I bill my insurance for home healthcare?

I was in a pretty bad car accident a few months ago. I had to file a claim for damage and my initial injuries. I've had to have home health care as well. How do I submit the bill for home health care to my insurance?

“Being seriously injured in a car accident is terrible and I’m sorry that you have had to spend more time recovering!
You have two options for submitting the bill depending on your situation and coverage. You can either do so through your health insurance or
car insurance
.
Since you sustained injuries in a car accident, file a claim with your insurance or the at-fault driver’s insurance. With ongoing care after an accident, you typically have up to two years to submit additional claims related to the accident.
If you were at fault in the accident, you need
medical payments coverage or medpay
or
personal injury protection
to cover your injuries.
If you don’t have coverage, your next option would be your health insurance. Most health insurance policies will pay out for injuries or claim related to an accident after car insurance benefits have been exhausted.
To find out where you should submit the bill, reach out to your car insurance company or the company that initially paid out your claim. If coverage has been exhausted, submit the claim to your health insurance.
If you need to add additional coverage like medical payments to your insurance, go to
