Does a liability car insurance policy from the General cover towing?

I have a liability car insurance policy through the General, but I'm not sure if it will cover me if I break down. Does this policy cover towing?

“A basic
liability insurance
 policy from
the General
 does not cover towing.
But you can add the General’s roadside assistance package for a small monthly fee. This will tow you up to 15 miles or cover you for up to $50, whichever is cheaper. After that, you’re on the hook for the remainder of the bill.”
