Do you have to have a photo driving license?
Do you have to have a photo on your driving license? If so, why? I don’t understand why you would need a picture of yourself on your ID in order to drive. I change my appearance a lot and I don’t want to have to get a new license every time.

You do have to have a photo of yourself on your
driving license
. The photo on your license functions in a few different ways:- You can use the license for identification purposes
- The photo captures your age.
- Many modern driver’s licenses can be used to replace other forms of photo IDs.
If you change your appearance regularly, you can just update your photo rather than get an entirely new license.
