What is the Ford F150 Raptor Exterior Graphics Package?

The Ford F150 Raptor Exterior Graphics Package is an optional package exclusive to the F150’s
Raptor
trim—the second-highest trim level in the 2023 lineup. The package focuses on exterior upgrades to your truck that help it stand out and look seriously cool. And, since it’s exclusive to one singular trim level, it’s a great way to set your F150 apart from the crowd.

What’s included

The Raptor Exterior Graphics Package adds red exterior decals to the hood and side of your truck bed. Specifically, the package includes:
  • Twin panels on the hood of your vehicle
  • The Raptor logo on the left side of the truck bed
Combined, these two graphics give an extra sporty, eye-catching look to the F150 Raptor trim.

How much is a 2023 F150 Raptor Exterior Graphics Package?

Given that the Ford F150 Raptor has a starting MSRP of $76,775, you may wonder exactly how much this exclusive package adds to the bottom line, and the answer is $1,075
If that feels expensive to you, you’re not alone in thinking so—but you should also keep in mind that the Graphics Package is meant to elevate the appearance of your truck. When compared to appearance-based packages for other popular truck models, like the
Ram 1500’s
Sport Appearance Package or the
GMC Sierra’s
Denali Illumination Package, the F150’s graphic package isn’t all that overpriced.
This is because unique exterior graphics (like the ones included in the Raptor Package) actually enhance the value of your truck—and you’re paying the price for that exclusivity.
Another thing to keep in mind is that this particular F150 package is only available on the Raptor trim. Ford describes the F150 Raptor as an “upgraded off-road icon,” and tweaks to its appearance—like a custom logo grille and fender flares—help lend the Raptor an air of rugged, off-road readiness that other F150s lack.
If you value the sportier vibe inherent to the Raptor trim, this appearance package is another way to build on that look.

Is the Raptor Exterior Graphics Package worth it?

Whether or not the Raptor Exterior Graphics Package is worth the cost to you will depend on what you care about
Adding the Graphics Package to the 2023 Ford F150 Raptor brings your bottom line to nearly $78,000—and, at the end of the day, that additional cost doesn’t get you a whole lot. Aside from red panels on the hood and a Raptor logo on the side of the truck bed, the Graphics Package offers little in the way of exterior upgrades—and it doesn’t extend any kind of tech or convenience features to your truck. That’s a lot of money for relatively minor details.
On the other hand, if you’re already splurging on the Raptor trim, an extra thousand dollars for exclusive, trim-specific graphics may feel worth it to you. And there’s no denying the red Raptor logo is captivating to look at! If you already admire the Raptor’s bigger and bolder look, this package could add the perfect finishing touches.

Raptor Exterior Graphics Package vs. Raptor 37 Performance Package

Like the Exterior Graphics Package, the Raptor 37 Performance Package adds exclusive decals to the side of your F150’s truck bed—but that’s not the only feature it offers. Also included in the 37 Performance Package are:
  • All-Terrain (A/T) Tires
  • Sport-tuned shock absorbers
  • 17-inch, forged aluminum bead-lock capable wheels
Like the Graphics Package, the 37 Performance decals feature the Raptor logo across the side of the truck bed—but the lettering is larger and is surrounded by map-like lines that invoke the feeling of off-road exploration. Underneath the Raptor logo, a “37” decal is also present.
The 37 Performance Package is meant for the weathered off-roader and adds an extra $5,250 to the price of your truck. If you opt for the 37 Performance Package, you’ll have to forego the red graphics of the Exterior Graphics Package—as you can’t buy both for the same vehicle.

Raptor Exterior Graphics Package vs. Raptor Carbon Fiber Package

While the Exterior Graphics Package focuses on outward appearances, the Raptor Carbon Fiber Package is all about the interior style. With it, you’ll get an upgraded cabin interior that features exclusive, low-gloss black tint accents, like:
  • A unique dash appliqué
  • A unique upper glove box door
  • A media door bin
  • Low-gloss, black register bezels
  • Unique front and rear door appliqués
Like the Graphics Package, the Carbon Fiber Package is incompatible with the 37 Performance Package (aka, you can’t have both). But it’s the cheapest optional package of them all—adding just $995 to your bottom line.

The bottom line

If you’re invested in the value of unique exterior graphics, this could be the right package for you. That being said, the Raptor Exterior Graphics Package is a lot of money for relatively few upgrades—so if you don’t love the look of the Raptor logo or red hood accents, you may be better off putting that extra cash toward interior upgrades or other add-ons instead.
