Where is Mercedes-Benz based?

My cousin and I are in a disagreement. I say Mercedes-Benz is Italian, but she says it’s a Czech company. Who’s right?

Sounds like a debate to end all debates! Unfortunately, you’re both wrong. So where is Mercedes-Benz based? The answer is Stuttgart, Germany.
You’ll find the global headquarters for Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart, Germany, right where the company was founded by a group of visionaries who all wanted to produce the finest automobile in the world. Mercedes-Benz was created in Stuttgart in 1926 by Gottlieb Daimler, Wilhelm Maybach, Karl Benz, and Emil Jellinek.
If you visit the headquarters in Stuttgart, you’ll also find a museum filled with the history of Mercedes-Benz—in addition to a production facility and a sports arena. Stuttgart is very proud of its connection to Mercedes-Benz, who employs many residents of the area.
Like many other German automakers, the Mercedes-Benz insurance costs can be somewhat high if you look for quotes on your own. That’s why you need the help of a licensed insurance broker like Jerry. If savings on car insurance are important to you, take a few minutes to enter your information and browse quotes—you might just find savings that total $800 per year or more on average.
