How do I connect Bluetooth to a 2017 Hyundai Elantra?

I’ve recently started commuting for work, so I’m in the car for about two hours a day. I really want to use hands-free features and stream my music to make the time go by. How can I connect Bluetooth to my 2017 Hyundai Elantra?

Your own playlist can definitely make the drive better! It’s really easy to connect Bluetooth to your
Hyundai Elantra
. Just follow these steps:
  • Turn on your Elantra, but keep it in PARK.
  • Go into Settings on your smartphone and Enable Bluetooth.
  • Press the Phone button on the car’s multimedia display and press Add New on the touchscreen.
  • Find your vehicle on the smartphone’s Bluetooth menu and select it.
  • Check that the PINs on the touchscreen and your phone match.
To finish connecting Bluetooth, press PAIR on your phone. You’ll have the option of syncing your contacts. Then, decide if you want to set your phone as the primary device for the car—press Yes or No on the touchscreen. You’ll see a countdown appear as the device pairs with the car. It usually takes less than five seconds.
Give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy the ability to stream your music, make hands-free calls, and send hands-free texts! Oh, and before you drive off, ask your
car insurance
provider if they offer any hands-free device discounts. They might reward you for cutting back on distractions, which makes you a safer driver!
