What doesn't personal injury protection cover?

“While personal injury protection does cover medical expenses for you and your passengers, it doesn’t cover anyone outside your vehicle.
If you’re at fault in an accident, you’d need to use your
bodily injury liability
to cover the other party’s injuries.
Personal injury protection
also doesn’t cover any physical damage done to your vehicle or someone else’s vehicle. It is strictly coverage for you or your passenger’s medical expenses.”
