Is USAA the only insurance carrier to offer benefits to members of the military and their families?

Are they really the best choice or are there other insurance companies that offer the same benefits? I am thinking about switching insurance carriers. A lot of my military friends are with USAA.

 isn’t the only insurance carrier that offers discounts to military members, but what they offer is more comprehensive and inclusive than other carriers.
Other companies, like
GEICO
 and
Progressive
, offer active military discounts, but they may not be as extensive.
USAA and its benefits are available to:
  • active
  • retired
  • separated veterans
  • family members of veterans
Aside from auto insurance, USAA offers home insurance, health and life insurance, and banking and investments.
