Is a Toyota Hybrid an electric car?
I’m looking into getting a Toyota Hybrid as a business vehicle for my new plant shop. I’m a fan of the cost and the EPA…but I’m a bit confused. If a hybrid car has an electric motor, is it _also_ an electric car? Can you tell me if the Toyota Hybrid is an electric car?
