How do you remove a stuck spark plug boot?

My engine has been slow to start recently, so I took a look under the hood and saw that one of my spark plug boots was stuck. Can you tell me how to remove a stuck spark plug boot?

We sure can! Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to remove a stuck spark plug boot:
  • Coat the plug wire and cap with dielectric grease around the terminal of the wire plug, plug wire, and cap.
  • Using a pair of pliers, grab onto the end of the plug and twist the plug wire.
  • Rotate the wire while pulling to help disconnect the wire from the plug.
With a little bit of gentle pressure, the stuck spark plug boot should come right off! But, keep in mind that you probably won’t be able to reuse your spark plugs after you go in with the pliers.
In just a couple of simple steps, you’re able to remove a stuck spark plug boot! But, do you know what’s even easier than that? Saving money on your
