How do you fold the back seat in a Toyota Corolla?

I’m moving to a new house in a week. I don’t know if my Toyota Corolla is big enough to move what I need. That said, I’ve heard you can make some extra room by lowering the back seats. What’s the best way to fold the back seats in a Toyota Corolla?

Congratulations on the move!
Toyota Corollas
may not be known as spacious cars, but you can gain some extra space by lowering the back seats. Follow these steps to fold the back seat in your Toyota Corolla:
  1. Open your trunk.
  2. Straighten and move up your front seats so the backseats can fold down completely. You may need to remove the back seat headrests.
  3. Locate the pull lever in your trunk. It will be in the center of your back seats.
  4. Pull the lever and lower your back seats until they’re flat.
From there, you’re all set and ready to move. But remember, your insurance rate could increase when you move to a new address. To make sure you’re still getting the best rate on the coverage you need, try
