When I got my 2016 Ford Fusion, the seller said it was Bluetooth capable. I’ve only had the car for a couple of days, but I can’t figure out how I’m supposed to connect my phone to use it. How do you connect to Bluetooth in a 2016 Ford Fusion?

features Bluetooth capabilities that allow you to connect your mobile devices to the car’s audio system—but before you can use it, you’ll need to pair your devices with the vehicle.
Here’s what to do:
  • In your mobile device’s settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned ON
  • Select the “Phone” button on your 2016 Fusion’s radio unit
  • From the menu, select the option titled “Add Phone”
  • Select “OK” to continue
  • From the menu, select the option titled “Discover BT Devices” and confirm the choice by pressing “OK.” At this time, a six-digit PIN may appear on the screen
  • On your mobile device, select the SYNC system from the Bluetooth menu to initiate pairing
  • Enter or confirm the six-digit PIN as prompted
From there, it may take a couple of minutes for your phone and vehicle to complete the pairing process. When it’s finished, your infotainment screen should display a confirmation message, after which you can stream music, make hands-free calls, and enjoy all the other benefits Bluetooth has to offer in your
