key fob battery is a straightforward and easy process! Just follow these steps:- Find the small tab that locks the manual key in the fob and slide it to release the key. Take the key out
- Keep the tab slid over so you can slide off the back case
- Use a small screwdriver to unscrew the four screws holding the battery cover on
- Use the same screwdriver or another small tool to carefully pop the battery out, taking note of the position of the battery so you can reinstall it with the right side facing out
- Insert the new battery, screw on the battery cover, replace the back casing, and reinsert the manual key.
