How can I switch my car insurance to another car?
I just traded in my old Toyota Rav4 for a new model, and I want to make sure it’s covered for any eventuality. How do I switch my insurance from my old car to my new one?

Congrats on the new ride! I’m happy to say that to switch your insurance from one car to the other, simply head to your insurance provider’s website.
While some companies will require you to call, some providers will let you transfer your policy online! Be ready with important information about the new vehicle, such as:
- The make
- The model
- The vehicle identification number (VIN) As long as you have this information, you should be able totransfer the insuranceeasily!
