How can I pay less for insurance in Oklahoma when my car isn't worth much?
I looked online and my old Ford Escape is worth about $5,000. I'm currently paying almost 20% of my vehicle's value on insurance. How can I pay less?

“The easiest way to lower your car insurance premium is to look at your coverages.
Having comprehensive coverage and collision coverage is always more expensive than having liability coverage only. Since your Escape is older, it may not be worth it to have collision and comprehensive coverage.
To pay less, you can also raise your deductible and ask your carrier if you qualify for any additional discounts.
Comparison shopping with multiple carriers is a great way to find cheap car insurance that will fit your budget and reduce your premium.
If you don’t have the time or energy to comparison shop by yourself, use Jerry. This free app can collect quotes from dozens of top insurance companies in seconds! “
