Have there been any Acura TSX recalls?
My partner is looking at buying a used Acura TSX, but I want to make sure he checks it out thoroughly first. Has it been subject to any recalls?

The Acura TSX was manufactured between 2003 and 2014 and has been the subject of 11 recalls.
Here’s a list of recalls by year:
- 2004: Wire harness in trunk hinge area could become worn and result in tail light failure
- 2006: Owner’s manuals contained incorrect contact information for the NHTSA safety hotline
- 2007: Coil wire may break, causing the fuel pump to lose power
- 2010: High engine compartment temps could result in power steering fluid leaks, increasing the risk of fire
- 2013: Corrosive deicing materials could result in ECU damage and vehicle stalling
- 2016 to 2018: Takata airbag recall indicating airbags may rupture and cause serious injury or death
- 2019: The front passenger airbag inflator may have been installed incorrectly during the replacement for the Takata airbag recall, resulting in ineffective deployment or inflator explosion, leading to injury or death
