Does the state of Wisconsin share driving records?

Will my insurance rates go up if I get pulled over in Wisconsin? I don’t know if they share driving records or if driving records are more of a state-by-state thing.

While most US states do share driving information amongst themselves,
Wisconsin
is one of five states that do not share driving records with other states.
The other states that don’t share driving information are:
  1. Georgia
  2. Massachusetts
  3. Michigan
  4. Tennessee
If you fail to pay your ticket, however, you might see it on your record as an unpaid fine. This is so you can’t just leave the state when you get a ticket.
