Does the Acura warranty transfer to a second owner?

I have an Acura vehicle, but I recently paid off the loan on it. As a result, I’m going to sell the car privately and get a loan on a new one. Since I’ve never sold an Acura before, I just want to make sure I can transfer the warranty. Can I do that without any issues?

As long as the car is still under warranty, the
Acura
warranty transfers to a second owner — and any subsequent owners — 100% and with no added cost to you.
These transferable warranties include the remaining time or mileage left on the 4-year, 50,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and the 6-year, 70,000-mile powertrain warranty. The only thing that doesn’t transfer is the 5-year anti-perforation and rust warranty, which is null and void once you sell the vehicle.
