Does insurance cover damage if you were hit while parked?
Will insurance cover someone hitting my parked car? I'm not sure who did it. I got a ticket for being parked illegally, so I'm not sure if I'd be covered?

“Whether you’ll be covered will depend on the type of insurance you have.
If you have collision insurance, you would be able to submit a claim to repair the damage. You would still be responsible for your deductible though.
If you don’t have collision insurance, you may not be able to get the damage covered. Uninsured motorist coverage does sometimes cover hit and runs, but where you were parked may be an issue.
You’ll want to reach out to your car insurance carrier directly and find out what their terms and conditions are. An agent will be able to guide you on whether you are able to submit a claim.”

"My lender has been charging me less interest than what is listed on the original loan agreement. What should I do? "
"I bought a car three years ago, financed at a nine percent interest rate, and have been paying on time every month. The lender called me to tell me that they had made a mistake and only been charging me six percent this whole time. Does this mean that they are going to expect me to pay them all of the interest that they didn’t charge me for the last three years? What are my options to deal with this? "
