Interestingly, you cannot flat tow a 2022 Escape, but you can definitely flat tow a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. According to Ford, the transmission and drivetrain work differently on the hybrid model to avoid damage. So long as you stay under 75 mph and keep the vehicle in neutral, you should have no problems flat towing your Escape Hybrid.
