Can a Nissan dealer do Infiniti warranty work?
I’ve owned enough Infiniti vehicles to know that it’s the luxury branch of Nissan. However, the link between the two raises an important question. I’ve been trying to get some warranty work done on my Infiniti, but the dealership is booked up for months. Can I take my Infiniti to a Nissan dealership to get warranty work done?

While a Nissan dealer can work on an Infiniti, a Nissan dealer cannot do warranty work on an Infiniti. The reason that the Nissan dealer cannot do warranty work is that it goes against the warranty contract from Infiniti. The warranty states that any Infiniti work must be done at an Infiniti dealer. So while a Nissan dealer can certainly perform work, warranty work is off the table.
If you ever need scheduled maintenance or out-of-warranty work done on your Infiniti, you can always take it to a Nissan dealer in a pinch. Mechanics will know how both work, so you’ll know your car is in good hands.
