Max driving range is key, but you also want to consider charging time when deciding which EV to buy. Charging time tells you not only how long your EV needs to charge but also how long it will be unavailable to drive.

For the Fisker Karma, the charging times are:

220V EV charge station: 6 hours

This isn’t too bad if you get into the habit of plugging it in once you’re home so that it’s charged for the next morning. Or if there’s a charging outlet where you park for work, you can get your car fully charged by the time you need to commute home.
