No, there are currently no Rivian models that have Apple CarPlay functionality. Rivian has not mentioned any plans to add this functionality to future models, so Rivian customers are limited to the infotainment system that comes standard with the vehicles.

Rivian infotainment system
The infotainment system available on Rivian vehicles does not offer any full smartphone integration.
Although you won’t be able to access Apple CarPlay or Android Auto in your Rivian electric vehicle, you can still connect your phone to the car via Bluetooth. Other features that come standard include an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot, a wireless smartphone charging pad, and Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.
