Acura TLX is a quiet, comfortable sedan with a sporty look but not a lot going for it power-wise, in spite of its two engine choices. However, its tech features and optional all-wheel-drive, along with details like a power moonroof and Jewel Eye LED headlights, give the TLX a little extra sparkle over more boisterous competitors.

2020 Acura TLX MSRP

For the basic model of the 2020 Acura TLX — equipped with a standard 2.4L four-cylinder engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission — the fair sales price is somewhere between $27,026 and $31,203. If you upgrade to the 3.L V6 engine, the TLX will cost between $28,631 and $33,058, with a typical listing price of $31,845.
But estimated fair prices or the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price are just that—estimated and suggested. Dealers can hike up the price for a used TLX, using the MSRP as a guide.
And in some cases, these price increases are legit. Dealers have to pay to transport a vehicle to the lot, so they often charge a destination fee. Adding
optional features or packages
will raise the price as well.

2020 Acura TLX packages MSRP

Packages can add a lot of nifty features to your new ride, but all those extra bells and whistles will cost you extra. You can find 2020 TLXs with the following packages:
  • The Technology Package ($35,027 starting MSRP) comes with a navigation system, an ELS audio system with ten speakers, Milano premium leather seats, 19-inch pewter gray alloy wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, blind-spot recognition, rear cross traffic monitor, and an HD radio.
  • The A-Spec Package ($37,352 starting MSRP) comes with exclusive bumpers, darkened exterior trim, a decklid spoiler, A-Spec badging, Alcantara trim on the seats, and optional full red leather interior
  • The Advance Package ($44,877 starting MSRP) is only available on the AWD V6 model and comes with LED puddle lights, a surround-view camera system, head-up warning, LED fog lights, remote engine start, and wireless charging.
There is also a PMC Edition of the TLX that starts at $46,802.
You can see how widely the prices vary depending on which package options you add to the TLX. Add on the destination fee and other upgrades, and the final price for the 2020 Acura TLX could be well over $47,000!

What is the average price of a 2020 Acura TLX?

Now that we’ve looked at the range of price estimates, what should you actually expect to pay for a 2020 Acura TLX?
At the most basic level, Kelley Blue Book suggests a fair market range for a TLX between $27,026 and $31,203, with a typical listing price of $30,115. But if you’re looking at the flashy PMC Edition of the TLX, the most expensive option, you can expect to pay just under $47,000 on average.
Both of those model prices are a little lower than the original MSRP because the 2020 model is a couple of years out of date. A used car may be less or more than this estimate depending on its mileage, condition, and other factors. Even where the car is being sold can impact the price of a TLX.
