Will my car insurance tow my trailer?

Will my car insurance tow my trailer if I have a roadside assistance policy? I have a trailer that I use frequently as well as liability coverage on my car. In addition to the liability coverage, I also have roadside assistance.

“If you have roadside assistance or towing and labor coverage on your vehicle, than your insurance will probably cover towing your trailer, but it’s not a certainty.
You’ll want to call your car insurance company to make sure that it’s covered.
Typically, if you own the trailer and it’s being towed by the vehicle on that insurance policy, you should be good to go.”
