Will autonomous vehicles be electric?
I’m interested in the technology of autonomous vehicles but I was wondering, is the autonomous vehicle future an electric one?

It’s great that you’re interested in autonomous vehicles, and while we’re almost there, we still have a long way to go. The global push towards reduced emissions is pushing us towards an electric future, with autonomous vehicles most likely being included in that.
Given the fact that we’ll be relying less on fossil fuels in the future, electric vehicles have become an eco-friendly, emission-free solution to this problem. There is already high-demand and an infrastructure being built to accommodate and switch us to an electric future.
Many auto manufacturers are releasing all-electric vehicles or are planning to be all electric in the future. With all this in mind any cars, autonomous or not, are most likely going to be electric.
While you may have questions on the future of autonomous vehicles and electric cars, you should never have to question if you’re paying too much for auto insurance.
