Unlike many cars with simple, under the hood access, your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee is located underneath the passenger seat.
To replace the battery, you’ll need to move the power-adjustable seat as far forward as it can go. After it’s been moved, you’ll see a panel in the floor where the passenger seat usually sits. Remove this panel and you’ll be able to access the battery.
