Where is the 2016 Mini Cooper OBD port location?
I just bought a used Mini and the engine light came on. I have a code reader but I’ve never used it with a Mini. Where is the 2016 Mini Cooper OBD port location?

. But allow us to remind you that OBD codes can vary across manufacturers. When you’re looking up the meaning of a trouble code, include “Mini Cooper” in your search to find the correct trouble code.These codes are typically five digits. In Minis, codes that start with P are related to the powertrain. If there’s a 0 in the second position, it indicates a generic issue (as opposed to a 1 which indicates a manufacturer-specific issue). The last three digits will point you to a specific system in the vehicle.
If you bought this used Mini Cooper fairly recently, you might have some recourse. Some states have
lemon laws
