Where is the 2013 GMC Terrain’s battery located?
I want to check the battery in my 2013 GMC Terrain but I can’t seem to find it and the owner’s manual isn’t really helping—where is the 2013 GMC Terrain’s battery located?

You’re definitely not the first person to have trouble locating the Terrain’s battery! You’ll find the 2013 GMC Terrain’s battery located in the main engine compartment on the driver’s side underneath the engine control module (ECM), next to the fuse box.
To get to the battery itself, you will need to remove the 10mm bolt holding it in place and then slide the ECM towards the driver’s side fender, at which point you should be able to lift the battery up and out.
