What’s the Lincoln Navigator’s top speed?

My brother just bought a Lincoln Navigator, and he swears the thing can do 150 mph. I don’t believe him, but he bet me 50 bucks and I’m not about to ride along with him while he attempts to prove it. So help me out here—what’s the top speed of the Lincoln Navigator?
