I’m driving through South Dakota this summer on my way to visit Mount Rushmore. A friend of mine told me that there’s not a lot to see in the central and eastern portions of the state, so I thought I’d make better time by driving a bit faster. I’m just worried about the long arm of the law. Is there a speed that’s considered reckless driving in South Dakota?
