This is really annoying, my neighbor’s fence fell over onto my property over a month ago, and he still has not picked it up. What can I do if my neighbor’s fence fell on my property?

The first thing you should do if your neighbor’s fence falls on your property is simply ask him to deal with it. You don’t want to jump right to disposing of the fence yourself, just in case he intends to repair or repurpose the wood.
Odds are, he’ll just come and grab it if you ask him. If not, then you can dispose of the fence yourself without having to worry—you’ll have given him the chance to reclaim his property. If he doesn’t take it, he cannot object when you remove it yourself.
