Nissan Altima
has a six-cylinder VQ35DE engine, you’ll need 5.1 quarts of SAE 5W-30 oil. If your Altima has a four-cylinder QR25DE engine, you’ll need 4.8 quarts of SAE 0W-20 oil.Most vehicles can take conventional or synthetic oil, although the latter is generally recommended for better engine performance and less frequent oil changes.
