Should I put in a motorcycle claim? I hit a grease patch and crashed my bike yesterday. There wasn't anyone else involved. I am pretty banged up and my bike definitely needs to get repaired. Can I put in a claim just for me and my bike?

on your policy? If so, what is the deductible? If you know the damage to your bike costs more than the deductible and you don’t want to pay for the repairs out of pocket, you should submit the claim.Did you need any medical attention for your injuries? If so, do you have
medical payments
as a part of your policy? This is an optional coverage and not one everyone selects. If you do have this, the insurance company will make payments towards your medical bills up to the limits of your policy. If you don’t have medical payments, your health insurance will cover your injuries.Keep in mind that submitting a claim may impact the rate of your policy moving forward.
