Is a Chrysler 300 turbo kit V6 a good idea?

I’ve been wanting to set up an aftermarket forced intake system in my ride to boost its power. I’m not sure whether I should go with a supercharger or a turbocharger, though. Is there a difference? Is a Chrysler 300 turbo kit V6 a good idea?

While you can get a Chrysler 300 V6 turbo kit or supercharger, the supercharger is the better choice.
Turbochargers are powered by the vehicle’s exhaust, which spins a turbine for the turbo on its way out of the car. Superchargers, by contrast, are powered by the vehicle’s crankshaft—which means it will accelerate faster than before.
While turbochargers are superior in many ways, they’re also much more expensive and difficult to install. For a quick and easy performance boost while saving money, it would be a better idea to go with a supercharger.
