If my friend was in an accident involving my car, do I have to talk to my insurance representatives at GEICO?
My friend caused an accident and the person he hit contacted my insurance since the car is registered in my name. I really don't know what to say to them since I wasn't there. Do I have to talk to them or can they just deal with it without me?
