How to charge an electric car when traveling?

I’m going on a road trip in a few weeks with some of my buddies, and I was thinking of taking my car which is an EV. How do you charge an electric car when traveling?

Wow, a summer road trip, sounds fun! Charging an electric car while traveling shouldn’t be too difficult as long as you know where you can find stations along the way. Similar to refueling a gas tank, you can just stop every once and a while to recharge and then keep driving.
It’s always a good idea to map out your route, especially when driving in an electric car. The United States has a gas station on every street corner, and sometimes two!
For EV drivers, it can be a bit trickier to find charging stations—especially in more remote areas—so make sure you know what route you’re taking before you head off. There are
many smartphone apps
you can download that can help you navigate your way around the EV charging port networks.
While you’re waiting for your vehicle to charge, you could take a short hike and maybe grab some photos!
You already have so many things to worry about when taking a road trip, don’t let your
car insurance
be one of them.
